Air Quality Tests
Air quality samples are the most commonly used method of determining how much mold or allergens are present in an indoor space. We use these to ensure a structure is clean during the sales process or to determine what types of mold are present, after seeing some evidence of mold or detecting suspicious odors. Active molds broadcast spores which we trap onto slides and send to a professional lab for analysis.

This bundle includes 3 Samples (1 outdoor and 2 indoor) plus site visit.

Fee per additional air sample - when other areas need testing.
Surface Tape
Surface tape samples can be used to identify visible mold. (Add-on only)
Mold Remediation Services
Mold Remediation Services are available on a estimate basis only, once assessments have been completed. Initial inspections are always free!
Remove and Repair
Traditional Remediation requires isolation of affected materials and remova from premises.
Gas Treatment
Mold Slayers utilizes a specific gas treatment to fumigate and eradicate mold and odors in some situations.
